Responsibilities
  • Conduct user qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights.
  • Assist in facilitating conversations toward prioritizing and solving problems to provide the greatest value
  • Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for design innovation.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design strategy artifacts to guide the design process.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.
  • Develop detailed design specifications and documentation to guide development and implementation.
  • Deliver high-quality design solutions that meet project objectives and user need, are maintainable, scalable, and efficient
  • Supporting front-end developers in creating design systems and UI libraries for web and mobile apps
  • Help clients and teammates reach consensus on project strategy and impact plan
  • Collaborating with the design team, engineering leads, product manager managers, client success leads, and clients to reach the best outcomes
  • Contribute to the growth and development of UDig's design practice through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
  • Participate in internal initiatives to improve design processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Move forward in your career through UDig-funded training and promotion paths
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience within the consulting industry
  • ADA experience or certifications
  • Interest in or experience with conversational UI/UX
  • Industry specific experience (Retail, Manufacturing, State and Local Government, Healthcare, Finance)
