Outsourced perioperative anesthesia services
NorthStar Anesthesia provides outsourced anesthesia staffing and perioperative services to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers across the United States. It partners with facilities to manage and staff their anesthesia departments, integrating its team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs with the facility’s staff to streamline the entire perioperative process. The company uses a care-team model with staffing, scheduling, real-time data reporting, and standardized clinical protocols to improve operating room efficiency and patient outcomes. Its goal is to reduce costs for client facilities, enable them to expand service lines, and deliver stable, skilled anesthesia coverage through clinician-led leadership and targeted growth through organic expansion and acquisitions.
