Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years in account management, partner management, client success, or media operations (agency, publisher, DSP, SSP, or AdTech background preferred)
  • Communication & collaboration: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships across clients and internal stakeholders, including presenting confidently to senior leadership at partner organizations.
  • Technical fluency: Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, Salesforce, and verification/measurement platforms
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make performance-based recommendations
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all strategic partner and client communication post-sale, managing onboarding, campaign setup, pacing, delivery, reporting, and renewals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by strategically introducing new and existing products, collaborating with Eng/PMM/Enablement to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead campaign execution, including kickoff calls with partners/clients/agencies, incremental revenue plans, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner with Sales/BD pre-sale on client needs, RFP strategy, and storytelling, ensuring consistency across presentations, QBRs, account plans, and forecasting
