Responsibilities
Lead full design on tenant fit-out projects; serve as key designer on base building and infrastructure upgrades; assemble complete contract documents, including specifications.
Establish design criteria from project proposals and assemble Basis of Design documents.
Lead design for ancillary trade systems, including UPS, generators, fuel oil, secondary water, and water reclamation systems.
Review shop drawings, requests for information, and contractor change orders; perform site visits and punch lists with limited supervision.
Assist in establishing project schedules that ensure effective use of resources and on-time delivery.
Hold team members accountable to deadlines and delivery expectations, regardless of their position.
Attend project meetings independently; provide technical expertise and communicate decisions clearly.
Assist in preparing proposals and managing add services; coordinate design and owner-directed changes.
