Requirements
  • The candidate must have 0–1 years of experience in wholesale fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate and prioritize purchase orders by customer based on shipping deadlines and business priorities.
  • Lead and oversee the warehouse picking team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Generate and verify packing lists and shipping documentation for all wholesale orders.
  • Monitor daily fulfillment progress to ensure purchase orders are completed on schedule and shipped according to customer requirements.
  • Supervise team performance by providing direction, coaching, and accountability to maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Report directly to the Wholesale Supervisor and Wholesale Manager, providing updates on daily operations and fulfillment status.
  • Prepare and submit an end-of-day production report summarizing completed orders, outstanding purchase orders, productivity, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with Receiving, Inventory, and Routing teams to resolve inventory shortages, discrepancies, and shipment delays.
  • Ensure all wholesale orders meet customer compliance requirements, routing guides, and company quality standards.
  • Assist with workload planning and labor allocation to maximize efficiency and meet daily shipping goals.
  • Identify fulfillment issues proactively and communicate solutions to warehouse leadership.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing wholesale purchase orders and shipping deadlines is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.
