Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, highly customized environment.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CPQ or Quote-to-Cash tooling such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or Subskribe.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern subscription-billing platform and knowledge of recurring billing, invoicing, proration, co-terming, and revenue-recognition handoffs.
  • Demonstrated use of artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity and output quality in a technical or systems role.
  • Technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional designs.
  • Experience building or supporting integrations and automations.
  • Consultative questioning and listening skills to understand requirements and pain points.
  • Organization, attention to detail, ownership, self-motivation, independent operation, and deadline management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, or the ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the hands-on, day-to-day owner of the DealHub CPQ and billing platform, including configuration, support, maintenance, continuous improvement, and integrations with Salesforce and the Quote-to-Cash stack.
  • Own and optimize CPQ configuration, including product and pricing setup, quote templates, approvals, discounting logic, renewals, upsells, co-terming, and amendments.
  • Support billing and invoicing end-to-end across Salesforce, DealHub, NetSuite, and LeapFin, including billing configuration, triggers, invoicing, and the order-to-invoice-to-revenue flow.
  • Scale Quote-to-Cash systems as selling motions, products, pricing models, and acquisitions grow.
  • Design, build, and support integrations and automations across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including reliable and observable data flows between Salesforce, DealHub, NetSuite, and LeapFin.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve quoting, billing, and integration issues through error handling, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and incident communication.
  • Use artificial intelligence to accelerate work and improve Quote-to-Cash workflows, including drafting and debugging Salesforce formulas, validation rules, and flows; generating QA and user acceptance testing cases; reconciling data; and drafting standard operating procedures and release notes.
  • Consult with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze requirements and turn business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers and partner with Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance on strategic initiatives.
  • Provide and cultivate a positive support experience for go-to-market applications end users.
  • Monitor Salesforce, DealHub, and Workato releases and best practices and recommend system improvements.
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes, including standard operating procedures and runbooks.
  • Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing and safeguard revenue-data integrity across the quote-to-invoice-to-revenue flow, supporting month-end and quarter-end readiness and reducing manual reconciliation.
  • Provide guidance and coaching for junior administrators.
Desired Qualifications
  • DealHub administration experience, including its CPQ and billing functionality.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Workato certification and experience with integration observability, alerting, and operational runbooks.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or LeapFin and related accounting and close processes.
  • Experience in a high-growth business-to-business software-as-a-service company with a mature Revenue Operations function and strong governance expectations such as SOX or ITGC.
  • DealHub experience.

CallRail has expanded its partnership with Clio, integrating its Voice Assist AI tool with Clio Grow and Clio Manage platforms. The integration enables law firms to handle inbound calls and texts 24/7 using AI that can recognise existing clients, qualify new leads, and book consultations automatically. Voice Assist pulls client information from Clio to personalise interactions, greeting returning callers by name and skipping previously answered intake questions. For new callers, it runs standard intake procedures and creates contacts in Clio with full marketing attribution. The system schedules consultations directly into Clio Manage without requiring human intervention, including after-hours calls. CallRail serves more than 225,000 businesses worldwide. The integration is now available to law firms.

Clio acquires Jurisage to fuel AI expansion with Canada's largest legal database

Burnaby, BC-based Clio has acquired Toronto legaltech firm Jurisage to bolster its AI capabilities in Canada. The deal gives Clio access to one of Canada's most comprehensive AI-ready legal datasets, covering over 470,000 cases across more than 40 courts. Jurisage's 10-person team is joining Clio, which recently surpassed $500 million USD in annual recurring revenue and holds a $5-billion valuation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition addresses gaps in Clio's Canadian legal database following its $1-billion USD purchase of vLex in 2025, which offered limited Canadian coverage. A recent Clio report found that 95 per cent of Canadian lawyers are using AI in their work. The move comes as foreign competitors like Harvey and Legora expand into the Canadian market.

Clio, a Canadian law firm management software company, has reached $500 million in annual recurring revenue, driven by AI integration. The 18-year-old company surpassed $200 million ARR in mid-2024 and doubled that figure by late last year. CEO Jack Newton argues legal tech is poised to become a major AI winner, citing the wealth of contracts and agreements that provide training data for large language models.
