Responsibilities
  • Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
  • Diagnose any issues with our hardware and feed this information back to the relevant team.
  • Provide critical on-site support during farm deployments if needed, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful installations.
  • Be part of the global on-call roster to support tower-related incidents and proactively find solutions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the team both in the USA and at Halter’s Auckland HQ to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to farm operations.
  • Be prepared to manage a variety of tasks, often simultaneously, to meet the dynamic needs of the role.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data from our hardware, optimize processes, and inform decision-making. You'll ensure that actionable insights are extracted to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues proactively.
  • Development and management of a maintenance system for our USA market.
  • With our customers based across the USA. You will be required to travel frequently.
Desired Qualifications
  • Agriculture Experience (Preferred): While not mandatory, experience in the agriculture sector would be highly beneficial.
