Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support children and their families, help them find solutions, promote their rights, and empower them to thrive.
  • Work within a Family Help Team to improve outcomes for children and young people across Suffolk.
  • Engage with the community using creative, collaborative, and compassionate approaches to help ensure every child can live their best life.
  • Complete the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment programme, including protected development and reflection time, regular supervision, ongoing continuing professional development, a personal development plan, and a reduced caseload during the first six months.
