Requirements
  • The worker must have the skills and training to perform safe transfers and mobility assistance during rising, bedtime, and meals.
  • The worker must be able to perform partial hygiene care twice weekly and provide full assistance with dressing.
  • The worker must provide systematic assistance with elimination at the beginning and end of each service block.
  • The worker must provide assistance with lunch and supper.
Responsibilities
  • Provide home-care assistance to the user in Sherbrooke, including transfers, mobility assistance, partial hygiene, dressing, elimination assistance, and meal assistance according to the specified service schedule.
  • Provide morning and lunch assistance on Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30, including transfers, two partial toilets weekly, dressing, and elimination assistance at the beginning and end of the service.
  • Provide supper and bedtime assistance on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 17:30, including elimination and transfer assistance at the beginning and end of service and dressing.
  • Provide bedtime assistance on Mondays and Wednesdays at 22:00, including transfer assistance, dressing, and elimination assistance.
