Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging, creative text messages that resonate with our audience (primarily Gen Z and Millennial women)
  • Select the best Nudge Plans (short-form video plans from local creators) to highlight via text
  • Help manage our network of creators by training them on our internal video principles, coordinating local partnership opportunities for them, and more
  • Support various strategic, content initiatives, such as iterating on the user onboarding experience and launching new cities
  • Contribute to broader company initiatives: you’ll spend part of your time on company-wide work for The Nudge, like marketing (creating monthly video ads) and product (helping us improve our internal tools)
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferably in San Francisco (at HQ 4 days / week); open to remote
  • Bonus: Experience in creator management

The service focuses on urban dwellers and tourists, offering curated lists of local activities such as live music events, hiking trails, and new restaurant openings. Users subscribe to receive regular text messages featuring video recommendations from locals, ensuring relevant and timely suggestions. This subscription model allows NudgeText.com to generate revenue while also exploring partnerships with local businesses and event organizers to promote specific venues or events.
