- Serve as a resource for technical support analysts by assisting with their development and troubleshooting processes.
- Participate in the on-call support rotation for after-hours assistance as needed.
- Support the development and evaluation of requests for information and requests for proposals to help secure new business.
- Report working hours accurately and promptly in NetSuite, maximizing billable time and using NetSuite's project management features.
- Knowledge of healthcare open standards such as HL7 version 2, FHIR, and CCDA.
- Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ or other message-queue systems, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Healthcare system experience.
- Experience with cloud development using platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative methodologies.
- Successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
