Maintenance Technician

Overview

Lorien Mount Airy is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech to join our existing team. 

The tech helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. They will be responsible for proper and safe preparation, repair, application and continuing maintenance of painted or related surfaces, both interior and exterior of Lorien

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities

Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashionPerforming routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the buildingOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryCarpentry experience, preferredPrevious experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentStrong HVAC knowledge or certificationMust have the ability to handle a physical workloadPlumbing, painting and electrical experience

Qualifications

Full TimeSchedule: 8:30a-5pEvery-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
