About the Company

Tarro

Builds ordering software for independent restaurants

Tarro builds software and runs services for independent restaurants that need to handle customer orders without pulling staff away from the kitchen. Its phone ordering system combines human agents with AI to take orders, answer questions and manage changes, then sends the details to the restaurant for preparation. The company also coordinates delivery and runs text message marketing campaigns, giving owners a connected way to manage demand and bring customers back. Restaurants pay for the orders processed through the phone service, with plans tailored to their operating needs. Its operating roots date to 2012, and Tarro is headquartered in Silicon Valley, California.
