Requirements
  • 7 years + experience in relevant HR work (Previous experience must include Northern Europe and DACH regions)
  • Demonstrated experience and success supporting the HR function and business organizations across multiple locations in Europe
  • Experience managing teams and supporting employees across multiple countries and locations
  • Strong knowledge and experience with employment and labor laws
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • High level of discipline, attention to details, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong internal customer focus with a desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • Team-player, positive attitude, and eager to do more and help out
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
  • Competent systems user, including HRIS (Workday) platforms and MS Office
  • Some travel requirements up to 15%
Responsibilities
  • Designs, drives, and maintains HR policies, programs, and procedures
  • Leads and supports activities designed to reinforce Acronis’ culture and values
  • Oversees the full cycle of monthly payroll processing
  • Develops, updates, and ensures compliance with local policies and labor laws
  • Works with HR Business Partners to optimize organizational design and drive business performance
  • Plans and implements HR programs for the entire region
  • Monitor Acronis Partner Passports to ensure accurate data about each Service Provider
  • Enable cross-functional cooperation between Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Acronis Academy, and other teams
  • Communicate across multiple departments to ensure effective account penetration management and corporate communication
  • Work with Strategic Partner Account managers to help them enable Strategic Partners to sell to their existing base of customers

It offers sophisticated security controls, integration with Active Directory, and encryption for data protection, while supporting access to corporate file servers, NAS, SharePoint, and CMIS.
