Requirements
  • An Associate’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • RN, PT, or OT credentials.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  • Current licensure that is maintained throughout employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and other pertinent software.
  • Experience creating and delivering professional presentations to clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
  • Ability to travel overnight 60-80%.
  • A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Provide effective rounding and drive product usage through educational and clinical advice on the full Arjo product portfolio.
  • Drive improvement in clinical outcomes, develop account stakeholder relationships, and deliver long-term account growth aligned with Arjo’s strategic plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the full Arjo product portfolio.
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators within expected timeframes.
  • Plan territory strategies to use time efficiently while meeting individual and team goals.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on customer opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop effective solutions in response to opportunities and customer challenges.
  • Present and promote Arjo products, services, and clinical solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  • Complete product demonstrations for sales opportunities and in-service training.
  • Provide best practices in clinical knowledge, techniques, and processes that improve patient care and caregiver efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience with a medical device company is preferred.
  • Clinical education experience is preferred.

Arjo appoints Lisa Ekelund as new CFO. Arjo has appointed Lisa Ekelund as new Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group management team. Lisa brings extensive international experience from senior finance and business leadership positions and will join Arjo no later than December 8, 2026. Lisa succeeds Christofer Carlsson, who will leave Arjo by the end of January 2027. Lisa Ekelund brings extensive international experience from senior leadership roles in the automotive, defense and technology industries. She currently serves as CFO of Polestar Nordics, with responsibility for finance, governance and commercial performance across the Nordic region during a period of rapid growth and transformation.
