- Provide individualized instruction in foundational literacy and foundational math skills.
- Support functional communication development through visuals, modeling, prompting, and interactive activities.
- Reinforce social-emotional learning skills, including emotional identification, self-regulation, and communication of needs.
- Use structured routines, visual schedules, and sensory-aware teaching strategies to support engagement and learning.
- Incorporate movement breaks, hands-on activities, and sensory-based learning experiences throughout sessions.
- Create a calm, supportive learning environment responsive to emotional and sensory needs.
- Use Playdough, music, and interactive activities to increase participation and motivation.
- Monitor progress and adjust instruction to align with the student’s unique learning profile and developmental goals.
- Collaborate with caregivers to support consistency and communication across settings.
