Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years agency experience in media buying/planning, omni-channel marketing, or previous strategy roles
  • Deep understanding of end to end influencer campaigns, including creative strategy, creator frameworks, and measurement strategies
  • Experience working closely with Creative teams to lead data-driven campaign concepts
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Expertise in media planning/syndicated research tools such as YouGov, GWI, Helixa, and Simmons
  • Experience constructing Boolean queries and using social listening tools for analysis
  • Experience with survey design and quantitative survey analysis for audience segmentation and insights
  • Knowledge of leveraging social content data for content strategies
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate strategic thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of major social platforms
  • Stay up to date on social trends and innovations
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Creative, Revenue, and Client Solutions leads to develop insight-driven strategies for a portfolio of accounts
  • Provide business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends and past campaign data
  • Drive strategic direction for accounts focusing on audience targeting, creative, and media distribution
  • Answer client objectives by leveraging a deep understanding of the marketing funnel
  • Ensure media plan, messaging, and measurement approach align with brand strategy and client’s goals
  • Present/pitch strategic approach and media strategy to clients
  • Interpret and present campaign data, provide recommended adjustments and optimizations
  • Develop strategic roadmap for each account outlining short and long term strategies
  • Lead campaign recap process translating data into actionable insights and optimizations
