Responsibilities
  • Drive product strategy by working closely with leadership to define strategy, outcomes, and practical roadmaps for your area and the platform at large.
  • Tame the frontier by leading the transformation of a complex, multi-primitive platform into coherent mental models and approachable workflows for GTM teams.
  • Own one of our core product areas end-to-end by figuring out user needs, breaking down big rocks, designing intuitive systems, flows, and interfaces, and defining clear problems and success metrics, then leading the team to deliver them.
  • Design non-gimmicky AI-first workflows by exploring how AI can make prospecting, prioritization, personalization, and follow-through easier and more effective, and ensuring AI does not replace human beings.
  • Become an expert in the go-to-market space by learning how sales and marketing teams actually work, identifying where things break, and rapidly looping insights back into the product through regular user research.
  • Raise the bar for design at Unify by mentoring and supporting a small team, collaborating in critiques and jams, and helping define product principles, standards, systems, and what good looks like.
