Requirements
  • Coordinate and engage stakeholders across Electric Mind delivery resources, the People team, project leadership, and the client’s training and change counterparts.
  • Review training and change management components of project statements of work and advise on the work, staffing, and content required.
  • Staff trainers with the People team and project leadership according to project scope and budget.
  • Keep training and change work within engagement and statement-of-work boundaries while meeting client objectives.
  • Maintain current and available project materials through knowledge management, documentation, and content organization.
  • Own quality and innovation for project training and change content, including creating materials and delegating work to staff trainers where practical.
  • Design training and enablement for practical delivery teams, including advising on an enablement baseline for assigned staff.
  • Partner with the client’s change management team within statement-of-work-defined responsibilities.
  • Plan training sessions, coordinate scheduling and facilitation, and follow through on actions.
  • Write clear guides, templates, announcements, and team instructions.
  • Translate process and technology changes into plain-language actions.
  • Maintain consistency, source-of-truth clarity, version clarity, and document hygiene.
  • Facilitate feedback collection and turn feedback into improved guidance.
  • Use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude to complete job functions.
  • Keep pod delivery grounded in real client work and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a single programme view across pod plans, status updates, RAID logs, and weekly rollups.
  • Use AI tools, templates, skills, and agents responsibly and provide feedback when they need improvement.
  • Convert delivery friction into reusable playbooks, templates, scripts, training assets, and knowledge materials.
  • Identify cross-pod duplication and converge on shared patterns where practical.
  • Protect the distinction between AI enablement, delivery execution, and broader change management.
  • Escalate issues at the appropriate pod, Control Pod, executive, or Electric Mind leadership level.
  • Feed lessons learned from the current cohort into the next engagement before the same issues recur.
  • Fold retrospective findings back into the engagement model so the next cohort benefits from the current one.
Responsibilities
  • Review the training and change management components of the project’s statement of work so scope, deliverables, and boundaries are clear before delivery starts, and advise project leadership on the work required.
  • Advise on a practical training and enablement baseline for Electric Mind staff assigned to the project.
  • Work with the People team and project leadership to staff trainers according to project scope and budget.
  • Create, update, and maintain project training and change content, including process documents, plans, guidance, enablement materials, communications, and change notes.
  • Set material priorities, direction, quality standards, and innovation standards for project content.
  • Create and maintain generic, centrally located training resources for reuse by other projects when project deliverables are not put at risk.
  • Deliver the training and change management components of the project’s statement of work, including scheduling and managing training sessions and coordinating trainers and Control Pod contributors.
  • Translate process and technology changes into guidance explaining what changed, why it changed, required actions, and the current source of truth.
  • Maintain the communication rhythm through release notes, announcements, reminders, and follow-up.
  • Work with the client’s change management organization to provide expertise and content defined in the project statement of work.
  • Partner with the Process Lead, AI Engineering Lead, and PMO Lead to keep process guidance, technical and tooling changes, and operational communications accurate and usable.
  • Capture feedback from pods and Control Pod members and convert approved retrospective findings into knowledge updates, training updates, communications, and reusable reference material when appropriate.
  • Maintain a single programme view across pod plans, status updates, RAID logs, and weekly rollups.
