Requirements
  • Knowledge of employment practices, Human Resources policies, and applicable regulations.

  • Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned East Tennessee locations.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Human Resources resource for assigned locations, providing guidance and support to leaders and associates on Human Resources policies, processes, and workplace concerns.
  • Build relationships with leaders and associates through regular communication, visibility, and onsite presence.
  • Promote consistent application of Human Resources practices and support leaders in navigating employee-related matters.
  • Support leaders with performance management processes, including guidance on documentation, expectations, accountability, and appropriate next steps.
  • Own regular Human Resources reporting for assigned locations and communicate relevant trends, concerns, and insights to Human Resources leadership.
  • Partner with Human Resources team members to support organizational initiatives and employee programs.
  • Serve as an initial resource for employee relations concerns, gathering information and supporting appropriate follow-up.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Director on complex, sensitive, or higher-risk employee relations matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Assist leaders and associates with Human Resources systems, processes, and resources.
  • Partner with Human Resources functions to support employees, leaders, and organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate Human Resources documentation and support reporting needs.
  • Promote a positive employee experience through visibility, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three or more years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and leader coaching.
  • Experience working in a multi-location environment.
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
