Requirements

  • A completed degree in Business Information Systems or (Business) Engineering, or completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of IT and manufacturing.
  • Confident use of Signavio.
  • Practical experience developing and implementing SAP solutions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production processes and basic knowledge of digitalization in manufacturing.
  • Very good German and English.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking; confident communication; independent and reliable working style; goal- and results-orientation; and initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop business processes for SAP S/4HANA and the internal Manufacturing & Logistics Platform in collaboration with internal subject-matter committees and steering groups.
  • Independently model business processes using Business Process Model and Notation 2.0 in Signavio and document reference processes for the S/4HANA rollout.
  • Develop standards for providing product data from manufacturing and support rollout at plants worldwide.
  • Optimize IT infrastructure and IT architecture and define cross-functional guidelines.
  • Support master-data harmonization and the development of data concepts.
  • Coordinate specialist projects and implement work packages in consultation with central stakeholders, taking global business-unit and plant requirements into account.
  • Coordinate the design of standardized manufacturing and IT processes and cross-functional requirements with business units, plants, and process owners.
