Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Machine Learning Operations, backend, or a similar software or infrastructure role.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and comfort with at least one additional language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform as a primary cloud platform.
  • Working knowledge of how large language models and artificial intelligence application programming interfaces are used in applications, including prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, tool or function calling, and agents, or strong fundamentals and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code using Terraform or a similar tool.
  • Experience building and operating AI Delivery workstreams and production services.
  • Experience with identity, access, and provisioning, including SSO, SAML, SCIM, role and group management, and user lifecycle management such as onboarding and deprovisioning.
  • Solid understanding of AI monitoring, observability, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts and write technical documentation.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Chicago area and able to work on-site or in a hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities
  • Deploy, scale, and operate Claude Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and related artificial intelligence and large language model workloads in production on Google Cloud or Anthropic while maintaining reliability, performance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation for AI applications, agents, and models on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
  • Instrument AI systems with monitoring, logging, and observability for latency, quality, usage, and spend, and respond to issues as part of an on-call rotation.
  • Manage integrations with model providers and application programming interfaces, including authentication, rate limits, quotas, and failover.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Claude Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise, including provisioning, license and seat assignment, single sign-on, and group and role configuration.
  • Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and deprovisioning while keeping access, entitlements, and seat assignments accurate and auditable.
  • Build automation and self-service flows that provide approved AI tools and appropriate permissions to new users and teams.
  • Track adoption and seat utilization, and partner with IT and Security on identity, access reviews, and provisioning workflows.
  • Manage and curate AI platform extensions, including Claude Enterprise plugins, connectors, Model Context Protocol integrations, Agent Garden, Model Garden, and connectors.
  • Run the internal marketplace and catalog of approved extensions, agents, and integrations by reviewing, vetting, publishing, versioning, and retiring items.
  • Define processes for requesting, evaluating, and governing extensions while balancing self-service adoption with security and data-handling requirements.
  • Build and integrate custom plugins, connectors, and Model Context Protocol servers linking AI platforms to internal systems and data.
  • Build internal tools, copilots, and agents on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and Claude to support AI adoption in workflows.
  • Develop reusable templates, reference architectures, and libraries for retrieval-augmented generation, summarization, agents, and evaluations.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing internal systems and the developer toolchain.
  • Support engineers and other teams in adopting approved AI tools through documentation, office hours, demonstrations, and hands-on assistance.
  • Create and maintain best-practice guides, prompt libraries, and onboarding materials.
  • Gather user feedback to prioritize platform improvements and identify new opportunities.
  • Help define and implement standards, guardrails, and policies for safe, secure, and responsible AI use, including data handling, access control, acceptable use, plugins, extensions, and the marketplace.
  • Build evaluation harnesses and quality checks to measure AI output quality and detect regressions.
  • Partner with Security, IT, and leadership on compliance, access provisioning, and cost governance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Direct experience with Claude Enterprise deployment, administration, onboarding, plugins, connectors, or Model Context Protocol.
  • Experience with Gemini Enterprise or the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, including Agent Builder, Agent Engine, Agent Garden, Model Garden, retrieval-augmented generation, or vector search.
  • Experience managing or creating platform extensions, plugin ecosystems, or internal application and agent marketplaces.
  • Direct experience with large language model operations or machine learning operations tooling, including model serving, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, or agent orchestration such as Agent Development Kit, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience deploying or integrating enterprise AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or NotebookLM across an organization.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms or developer-experience tooling.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, security, or responsible-AI frameworks.
  • Experience running enablement, training, or developer-advocacy programs.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud, BigQuery, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, incident.io, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, and Microsoft 365.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

TAG reports double-digit revenue growth across healthcare portfolio with $19M donated dental care

In 2025, TAG supported providers served more than nine million patients across 1,400 locations in 46 states. The company expanded implant training capacity by over 25% year-over-year, with several hundred doctors completing advanced surgery programmes. TAG-supported offices utilising AI diagnostic tools reported a 12% increase in patient acceptance of recommended care. ClearChoice delivered more than 50,000 3D-printed dental prostheses, whilst WellNow Urgent Care managed approximately 900,000 upper respiratory cases.
