  • Leverage various sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Represent Traba's culture and values, providing candidates with a vivid picture of the opportunities and growth potential at our company.
  • Continuously assess and improve our hiring processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
