Symbria’s Talent Team handles candidate communication directly rather than utilizing outside agencies; if interested in this role, direct application to the job posting and contact with a Symbria talent team member is recommended.
All applicants will be afforded equal opportunity without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, order of protection status, national origin or ancestry, citizenship status, age, physical or mental disability unrelated to ability, military status or an unfavorable discharge from military service.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Symbria provides integrated healthcare services for senior-living and post-acute care providers in the United States. Its Symbria Rehab combines inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy with wellness programs and pharmacy services under one coordinated program. The “Power of One” model centralizes staff training, scheduling, billing, and compliance so clients get a single strategic partner rather than separate vendors, which helps streamline operations. Led by Jill Krueger in an employee-owned ESOP structure, the goal is to improve resident outcomes, lower hospital readmissions, and increase facility census while managing costs.
