Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience leading large transformation projects within Supply Chain.
- Ability to analyze and understand business problems and influence stakeholders through storyboarding and data analysis.
- Ability to communicate and influence senior leadership on transformation ideas.
- Ability to program-manage effective, time-bound change-management delivery through collaboration across cross-functional global teams.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects under dynamic and often short timelines.
- Previous consulting experience for large-scale initiatives is desired.
- Engineering or Management background is desired.
- Five or more years of Supply Chain experience is desired.
Responsibilities
- Manage AI-driven digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through design discussions, implementation meetings, and progress measurement activities to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Manage resources, budget, time, and quality across IT and business teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Provide vision and define goals for strategic projects, including modernization and digital transformation initiatives; set metrics and key performance indicators and track performance to improve processes and productivity.
- Manage projects or specific project activities within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints throughout the project duration.
- Use AI-native software development lifecycle and spec-driven development models to generate business requirements for transformation projects and work with IT delivery partners to deliver code for execution.
- Allocate work among team members, provide regular guidance, conduct periodic reviews to ensure projects are on track, and conduct post-project reviews.
- Prepare content for senior leadership reviews and lead executive communication on behalf of project teams.
- Keep project documentation up to date and communicate it to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Use relevant project management tools, systems, and applications.
- Define, support, and drive process improvements.
