Requirements
  • The candidate must be a student in communication or marketing at Bac+3 to Bac+5.
  • The candidate must be comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and orally.
  • The candidate must be proficient with PowerPoint, Canva, and Brevo or Mailchimp.
  • The candidate must have strong writing and interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate should be creative, attentive, committed, autonomous, and able to make proactive suggestions.
Responsibilities
  • Write and distribute materials promoting career events, including job datings, afterworks, webinars, and coaching sessions.
  • Create content highlighting the student experience and professional opportunities in coordination with the marketing and communications department.
  • Manage communications on JobTeaser, internal newsletters, and channels such as WhatsApp.
  • Participate in implementing and organizing student and alumni events.
  • Contribute to scheduling group and individual coaching sessions in French and English.
  • Track internship agreements, professional mission reports, and apprenticeship records.
