Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years’ experience transforming Business Systems Analysis function within Corporate IT environment
8+ years’ experience with Agile Scrum methodology; proven experience with helping team to adopt the agile way of working
3+ years’ management experience attracting, mentoring and developing high performing team members
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience delivering Customer value using Automation in a high growth company
Experience working with Business Systems applications including, Salesforce Sales & Revenue Cloud, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, Boomi, Snowflake, JIRA
Working knowledge of IT controls, including SOX, GDPR< HIPPA
Experience leading initiatives focused on agility, quality and customer satisfaction.
