Responsibilities
  • Field inbound communications by answering phone calls and general email inquiries and routing them to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling by setting up meetings based on cross-functional availability for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize internal resources by building and maintaining processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with visitors by acting as the point person for office guests.
  • Communicate policies and procedures by alerting employees to new processes, rules, and regulations.
  • Facilitate executive-level operations by booking travel, submitting expense reports, and sending communications for high-level staff as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist.
