  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing
  • International account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand
  • Brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results
  • Understanding business and product strategy and consumer insights, to build a global communications strategy for partners.
Responsibilities
  • Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.
  • Work across the organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. Synthesize findings into insights to drive optimization of future advertising, digital and in-store efforts, internally and externally.
  • Identify and develop partner strategies and communication plans, including advertising, digital channels and the partner’s owned marketing channels in-store and online.
  • Develop and drive processes, across Apple products and services, to improve the quality and effectiveness of the partner work as well as the efficiency of the path to get there.
  • Collaborate extensively across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers, Retailers, Banks, SMB’s and Enterprise Resellers, and more.

  • Ability to delve deep into a partner’s business, marketing strategy and consumer insights, to understand challenges and find opportunities.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver the most compelling product experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Passion for great work, seeing potential and nourishing it, with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external partners to drive the work forward.
  • Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, build innovative communication plans and develop great creative and integrated campaigns.

  • You can confidently build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple collaborators in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced business degree.
