A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
At least eight years of experience working on a wide range of transportation projects is required.
A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) standards and procedures related to Phase I and Phase II design requirements and Municipal Federal-Aid Street (MFT) requirements is highly desired.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detailed-oriented, highly motivated Project Manager. This position will include working on a wide range of transportation projects including new roadway construction, roadway rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, traffic signals as well as planning studies. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on a wide range of transportation projects.
Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures specifically as it relates to Phase I / Phase II design requirements and MFT requirements highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A valid driver’s license
