  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Strong knowledge across all areas of general-practice nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians during consultations and procedures.
  • Perform surgical preparation and theatre assistance.
  • Monitor anaesthesia and support patient recovery.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
  • Collect and process pathology samples.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Perform dental procedures and radiography.
  • Monitor hospitalised patients and provide inpatient care.
  • Provide emergency and critical-care nursing when required.
  • Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately.
  • Maintain infection-control standards and clinic hygiene.
  • Maintain medical records and patient notes.
  • Support reception and client-service duties when required.
  • Communicate treatment plans, estimates, and post-operative instructions to clients.
  • Assist with stock control and daily clinic operations.
