Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience within the commercial insurance industry
  • Provincial Insurance License in good standing
  • CAIB, CIP, or other insurance relationship designation is considered an asset
  • Superior attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent client service orientation both internally and externally
Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience with each interaction
  • Proactively manage the renewal process for existing Elite clients
  • Assess the unique insurance requirements of high premium accounts
  • Act as a primary contact between the Accounts and Renewal team
  • Liaise with insurance partners to negotiate the best possible insurance package
  • Handle overflow of non-Elite renewals as needed
  • Be a Success Partner and work towards elevating the experience and knowledge of team members
  • Participate in projects to support process improvement
