Community Manager Assistant
About the job
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person or by telecommunications with clients and coworkers and work with a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adjust to change.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma.
- At least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior Vantaca experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing work demands, stay focused during challenges or difficulties, and remain open to and learn from feedback.
- Ability to move, lift, and carry supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to create documents and reports using a writing instrument or computer.
- Ability to enter and locate information on a computer, visually verify or read information, and sit for an extended period.
- Must be physically present in the office as business needs dictate.
- Provide support to community managers with daily homeowners association needs.
- Monitor the inbox and incoming calls with a 48-hour turnaround time.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Attend homeowners association annual and contracted meetings.
- Complete property inspections as contracted.
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Understand and work with association and financial documents.
