Requirements
  • Demonstrated working experience with broad knowledge of general construction, especially working at height.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
  • Experience with the safe use of power and hand tools.
  • Certification of lift equipment, or the ability to obtain it.
  • Ability to meet physical demands involving lifting, climbing, and working at height.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred, or willingness to attain it.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to submit to a drug and background screen.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%.
  • Ability to climb stairs or ladders, use hands to handle tools, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stand and kneel for extended periods.
  • Ability to work at height from a ladder or lift, with the required close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision and ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
  • Work with and lead other field team members to install fall protection systems according to specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform structural adaptation of steel-based products.
  • Read and interpret work plans.
  • Coordinate with Project Management on project delivery.
  • Provide direction to co-workers at project sites.
  • Work safely at height and as part of a team.
