- Maintain and organize the documentation site and knowledge base in ClickHelp.
- Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to style standards.
- Use artificial intelligence and large language model tools to generate first-draft content from source materials, then edit, fact-check, and fill gaps to produce polished, accurate documentation.
- Incorporate feedback from user testing, support tickets, and customer questions to improve existing content.
- Contribute to documentation projects such as content audits, migrations, and restructuring efforts.
- Familiarity with software development concepts or software-as-a-service products.
- Basic understanding of HyperText Markup Language and Cascading Style Sheets, including the ability to view and understand underlying HTML source code.
- Experience generating and manipulating screenshots and diagrams.
- Exposure to an industry-recognized style guide, such as the Microsoft Style Guide.
