- Visit existing customers in the Berlin/Brandenburg sales territory regularly and as needed.
- Advise customers comprehensively on product properties and possible applications.
- Determine customer needs and conduct goal-oriented sales conversations.
- Acquire new customers, including by developing relationships with specialist retailers and conducting product training and instructional demonstrations for roofers.
- Network actively.
- Prepare calculations and quotations and conduct price negotiations within the established pricing framework.
- Maintain internal reporting in the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.
- Monitor the market and competitors continuously.
- Prepare sales plans.
