  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years or 8+ years of related experience in manufacturing/assembling, R&D operations
  • Experience with Federal and State OSHA regulations
  • Ability to understand materials and implement handling policies based on regulations
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Advanced use of MS Word, Excel, Slack, Outlook
  • Travel required (domestic)
  • Preferred: Experience with pneumatic systems and lithium ion batteries
Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day EHS operations and process management in the Southeast
  • Design and create policies to minimize job-related hazards
  • Develop and conduct safety training
  • Maintain communication between field and production
  • Ensure site compliance with regulations
  • Conduct safety audits and implement improvements
  • Develop and implement site-specific environmental policies
  • Coordinate with local regulatory agencies
