Key Accountabilities
Investigating customer escapes and performs eight-step problem solving analysis to prevent recurrence
Developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes and procedures
Reporting Rolls-Royce Corporate Quality performance metrics
Developing programs to ensure the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications, and agency guidelines
Basic Requirements:
An Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in engineering, quality or manufacturing OR;
A Bachelor’s degree OR;
A Master’s degree OR;
A JD/PhD OR;
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
Preferred Requirements:
Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
SAP & Database project experience using C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, VBA, VBS and/or SQL
Experience of GD&T system
Experiencing reading blueprints
Experience employing inspection techniques
Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools
