Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in marketing campaign development and management
  • Experience with SEO and applying SEO best practices in writing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to create messaging and tailor to different audiences
  • Be able to adapt in a fast-paced and complex environment

Responsibilities
  • Lead B2B content marketing campaigns aligned to content marketing strategy
  • Manage the Engage Blog and work closely with the SEO strategist for optimization
  • Navigate ambiguity and work closely with stakeholders to fully understand the HR and employee engagement space, as well as the company messaging
  • Manage projects using Agile methodology, including creation, sprint planning, timelines, and resourcing for both external and internal teams
  • Understand and drive the use of firm-approved AI tools for content development
  • Write marketing and communication content and produce material
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing activities
  • Become familiar with and fully understand all Achievers content to leverage in content writing and creation
  • Deliver a consistent voice, tone, and style of writing with every piece of content
  • Interact with internal teams directly, forming successful partnerships across multiple areas of the company, including Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales
