The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end or full stack software development, with specific expertise in leading teams through enterprise-wide UI/UX modernization projects.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable UI/UX solutions across both web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and other technical leaders to develop front-end components that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Implement and advocate for best practices in front-end development, including accessibility standards, performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Drive the design and implementation of user experiences, using single-page applications (SPA) and micro-front end (MFE) patterns.
- Facilitate and refine our CI/CD processes to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and address issues related to the usability, performance, and scalability of front-end applications.
- Mentor and develop junior developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure front-end solutions meet business requirements and exceed client expectations.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in front-end software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Strong understanding of design principles, web standards, and best practices for creating interactive and responsive application front-ends.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusivity across all user demographics.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs to power dynamic front-end applications.
- Proficiency in using version control systems like Git and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, reusable code.
- Strong communication skills capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous learning and innovation in web technologies and design practices.
