About the Job

Requirements

  • Completed or currently completing university studies; the academic qualification must be in Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least six months of prior pre-professional internship experience or related activities is desirable, not mandatory.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, insurance, occupational health, and employee-service processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Social Welfare area, contributing to the planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of employee wellbeing campaigns, programs, and initiatives, and to the management of information, documentation, and area indicators.
  • Support the coordination and execution of wellbeing campaigns, programs, and activities for employees.
  • Keep the area’s databases, records, and indicators up to date.
  • Prepare reports and monitoring tables on participation, coverage, and initiative outcomes.
  • Organize and control documentation related to benefits, insurance, occupational health, and employee support.
  • Support the handling and referral of employee questions and requests.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver activities and handle cases.
  • Prepare presentations, informational materials, and internal communications using PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Track schedules, participants, deliverables, and evidence for activities.
  • Propose improvements to the area’s controls, records, and operational processes.
  • Perform other duties inherent to the position in accordance with the area’s objectives.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Ability to create high-impact presentations.
  • Experience using Canva or another design tool.
