Requirements
  • The candidate must be a Master's student in a Business School or equivalent university program.
  • The candidate must demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
  • The candidate must have proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • The candidate must have good command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The candidate must have practical knowledge of Adobe Suite software, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Skills in HTML and an interest in photography are appreciated.
Responsibilities
  • Identify on-site communication needs and opportunities across accommodation, catering, and wellness, and develop appropriate materials with operational teams.
  • Design and produce visuals and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and menus, in accordance with the Peninsula Group graphic charter.
  • Participate in designing and updating sales tools, including presentations, newsletters, and offers, for commercial and operational teams.
  • Maintain and organize the hotel's photo library and ensure the quality and relevance of available visuals.
  • Monitor customer reviews on major online review platforms and draft appropriate responses with relevant departments.
  • Analyze web performance and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for hotel management and executives.
  • Monitor online review platforms and social media for coverage of the hotel and competitor hotels, and identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on e-reputation and industry trends and communicate findings to management.
  • Analyze online customer feedback and propose continuous-improvement recommendations for the customer experience.
  • Moderate online content and ensure the Peninsula Paris brand image is respected.
  • Monitor social media mentions and interactions related to the hotel and its services.
  • Participate in organizing photo and video shoots, including logistics, coordination, and site preparation, with agencies and internal teams.
  • Capture internal content for communication needs and occasional external social media use.
  • Participate in creating editorial and visual content in line with defined editorial guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
  • Illustrator and Premiere Pro knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous internship experience in marketing and/or luxury hospitality is a plus.
