- A university degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or an equivalent field.
- At least one year of experience as an accountant.
- At least one year of experience as a property manager.
- At least one year of experience handling procedures and administrative matters before the Spanish Tax Agency.
- At least one year of experience in customer management.
- At least one year of experience in reporting.
- Knowledge of financial accounting.
- Knowledge of management accounting.
- Knowledge of taxation.
- Knowledge of the Spanish Urban Leasing Law.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Maintain regular communication with property managers, managers, and Client Accounting to remain informed about developments in the management of assigned properties.
- Complete reporting obligations accurately and on time.
- Submit self-assessments and informative forms to the Spanish Tax Agency accurately and on time.
- Record the economic activity required to operate managed properties in accordance with the Spanish General Accounting Plan and/or International Financial Reporting Standards, and monitor the supporting budget.
- Process clients’ payment obligations to third parties accurately and on time.
- Keep the billing system updated before each billing cycle so that invoices can be issued correctly, including addenda and new contracts.
- Manage, update, and renew guarantees, including deposits, bank guarantees, security deposits, and comfort letters.
- Process timely communications to landlords and tenants to comply with the contractual agreements signed by the parties.
- Knowledge of the General Invoicing Regulation.
- Knowledge of management accounting.
- Knowledge of the Horizontal Property Law.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
