  • 5+ years in SaaS product marketing, ideally for global organizations.
  • Proven ability to start with a complex problem, frame up strategic issues and identify key assumptions required to gather and analyze information resulting in GTM strategy.
  • Forges partnership with both sales and product to clearly define and align on value propositions.
  • Familiarity with pricing, packaging, and SKU creation processes.
  • Independent self-starter: ability to think clearly and manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
  • Strong planning and communication and business writing skills; outstanding presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Own a product portfolio, leading positioning, messaging, and product launch strategies for included products and features.
  • Understand market trends, buyer and user persona development, sales playbook creation, and go-to-market planning.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyers.
  • Develop the GTM strategy for new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Provide 'Voice of Customer' insights to product management to inform product strategy.
  • Develop simple and compelling positioning and messaging to attract and convert prospects and drive engagement and adoption among current clients.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create marketing and communications as well as broader launch plans for new products and enhancements to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Own the development of internal and external communications (e.g. Quarterly Updates) for the Benevity Platform in partnership with Product and the Marketing teams.
  • Develop core artifacts and content for the Sales Enablement and Client Success teams that clearly articulates product feature value proposition, capabilities, competitive differentiation, and more.
