- Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance at the time of contract start.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and tailor technical content for diverse audiences.
- Mastery of Bloom’s Taxonomy to align lesson delivery with specific cognitive learning levels from Knowledge through Synthesis.
- Ability to write and update Advanced Individual Training-level training materials to remain current with evolving electromagnetic warfare technologies.

- Lead instruction for the 17E Advanced Individual Training program.
- Lead curriculum development for the 17E Advanced Individual Training program.
- Apply electromagnetic warfare technical knowledge in instruction.
- Prepare specialists for complex operational environments.
