Desired Qualifications

Prior experience in patient advocacy, healthcare customer service, risk management, social services, or a related healthcare role is preferred.
Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and patient rights regulations is preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time (25 Hours) Patient Advocate to serve as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, ensuring that patient rights are protected and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
