Keystone AI provides an on-premise knowledge infrastructure for regulated industries, keeping all data on the client’s hardware and never leaving the network. It enables natural language queries across internal sources such as SharePoint, file shares, databases, email, and Confluence, using a governed retrieval system that cites the exact source documents and sections for every answer. Unlike typical chatbots, it emphasizes evidence-backed, citeable responses and will refuse to answer if there isn’t enough evidence, ensuring accuracy. Its gatekeeping features include per-query permissions, full audit trails, and a feedback loop for continuous knowledge improvement, all designed to meet governance and compliance needs.
