What believers are saying

  • Comstruct raised €12.5 million in April 2026 for European expansion.
  • Its August 2026 platform adds ESG reporting, strengthening buyer retention and upsell paths.
  • Pilot customers already use the March 2026 RIB integration, reducing enterprise deployment friction.

What critics are saying

  • RIB, ERP vendors, and incumbents can bundle comparable workflows and squeeze comstruct by 2027.
  • Per-document pricing exposes revenue volatility if construction volumes slow or customers consolidate suppliers.
  • If supplier onboarding stalls, comstruct loses network value and becomes another document workflow tool.

What makes comstruct ICT unique

  • Comstruct’s March 2026 RIB partnership embeds procurement workflows into ERP systems.
  • By August 2026, comstruct agents automate BoQ splitting, bid leveling, and invoice matching.
  • Comstruct claims nine of ten Swiss and seven of ten German construction giants use it.

Angel investors include German soccer star Mario Götze, foodspring founder Tobias Schuele, Schüttflix founder Christian Hülsewig and Procuros founder Patrick Thelen.Founded in 2022, comstruct is developing a platform where construction companies can digitise and automate material purchasing.
