  • Experience navigating dynamics of power and privilege through intersectional understanding of race, gender, sexuality, and other key aspects of identity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop curriculum, content, and processes tailored to the learning needs of current and prospective leaders in the MBK Network.
  • Coordinate the review process for MBK Communities' evidence submissions toward achieving population-level results.
  • Curate best practices and examples from MBK Community submissions to inform learning and improvement.
  • Support development, facilitation, and engagement efforts on the MBK Leadership Network Online Platform (i.e. content planning, posts, convenings, courses etc.).
  • Provide technical support for accessing and navigating the online platform.
