Requirements
  • Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a full stack developer with upward trajectory is required.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments, including hands-on artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives and complex systems integration efforts, is required.
  • Experience working on Agile, cross-functional engineering teams delivering modern cloud-based solutions is required.
  • Understanding of secure software development practices, the Risk Management Framework, and relevant National Institute of Standards and Technology publications is required.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and systems thinking skills are required, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience translating mission requirements into artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions is required.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams is required.
  • A commitment to delivering secure, reliable, and mission-focused software solutions is required.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement autonomous artificial intelligence agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step workflows.
  • Develop orchestration pipelines using modern agent frameworks.
  • Integrate government-approved large language models into enterprise applications.
  • Develop architectures and ingestion pipelines that use structured and unstructured data.
  • Optimize artificial intelligence workflows for security, performance, explainability, and reliability.
  • Develop application programming interfaces supporting artificial intelligence-enabled applications.
  • Support integration of the knowledge graph database, enterprise analytics tools, artificial intelligence reasoning chains, and mission data.
  • Develop scalable microservices and containerized applications.
  • Integrate entity resolution tooling into the platform.
  • Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of knowledge graphs representing mission data.
  • Develop semantic search and context-aware information retrieval solutions.
  • Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline development and automated testing.
  • Implement secure coding practices consistent with Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements.
  • Perform vulnerability remediation and support Authority to Operate activities.

  • Passion for emerging artificial intelligence technologies and continuous learning is desirable.
